After a long deliberation on this I added the skiff, and for me, it made all the difference in how I want to see this painting. There are not to many things in life that we can go back and change, so when the opportunity arises, I have no qualms about it or sharing. So! I'm posting it again. This must be the third time I have painted this location, and each time, I find something new.. Paintings journey is both the subject and the journey within, each gives of itself... As a painter, I must ask, "Am I being honest" And, can I own what ever the answer.... My God, I do love painting. This is a 6x8 inch oil on, Yes! archival board mounted on a varnished wooden box. "QUIETNESS OF THOUGHT"
