A dive of a place but, it was late, I was tired after a long drive, didn't want much food and needed a cold beer to wash down the dust after 9 hours of back roads, dead ends and map reading, I deserved this stop. The fence ran along the property line covering quite a large area. As I watched the last remaining light of the sun fade behind the clouds that closed in on the land this day I thought to myself "not even a fence can keep winters snow from coming in".
